Ralph M. Reisinger, Bankruptcy Lawyer

Ralph Reisinger has more than 30 years of legal experience. He graduated third in his class from the University of Toledo College of Law. While at the University of Toledo, Ralph studied abroad at the Hague Academy of International Law, in the Netherlands. Shortly after graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Stephen W. Karr, United States Magistrate and the Honorable Wendell A. Miles, Chief Judge for the Western District of Michigan. Ralph became an associate at Dickinson Wright, one of Michigan’s largest law firms, before joining and becoming a Partner at Roberts, Betz & Bloss in Grand Rapids Michigan. 


In 2005 he launched Reisinger Law Firm, in Grand Rapids, specializing in consumer bankruptcy, elder law, insurance disputes and subrogation. Ralph has helped over a thousand people get a fresh start through personal bankruptcy, defending them from overzealous debt collectors and negotiating debt settlements.

Bronte K. Reisinger, Bankruptcy Lawyer

Bronte Reisinger began working at her father’s law firm, Reisinger Law Firm in Grand Rapids, when she was 16 years old. Bronte has worked from the ground up, starting with electronic file management/reception, then as a paralegal by the time she entered law school. While in law school, Bronte acted as a tax law teaching assistant, and worked as an extern for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, Brett Rodgers. Her work with Trustee Rogers encompassed court appearances in the bankruptcy court, including motion hearings. Because of her work with Trustee Rogers, she obtained an internship with Chief Bankruptcy Judge, Scott. W. Dales.

After graduating Cum Laude, and upon becoming licensed in the State of Michigan, Bronte has primarily focused her legal practice in Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy, debt negotiation/settlement and Chapter 11 bankruptcy for small businesses. Bronte’s in-depth knowledge and experience with every aspect of the bankruptcy process has proven to be a valueable asset, helping streamline filings and followups.
